Don Hall was elected as Jailer for the first time in 1993.  He has served the citizens of Rowan County for 13 years in this capacity.  During Don Hall’s current term as Jailer he has completed over 232 hours of training certified through the KY Department of Corrections.  He has also served as an elected board member to the KY Jailer’s Association for over nine years.  Recently he has been chosen to serve on a committee to review Kentucky’s Jail Standards and to make recommendations for revisions and improvements to these standards that govern the operations of county.
